Summary: The Millwork Shop employee is responsible for the set-up and operation of hand tools and machinery to create/manipulate products as per production schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mill or fabricate doors and frames.
- Safely operate machinery including table saws, miter saws, routers, and nail guns
- Assist delivery driver when needed to load material safely and securely to ensure the product is delivered as expected.
- Stage material as needed for pickup.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

- Ability to work independently
- Ability to time manage and meet deadlines
- Ability to read a measuring tape

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent
Language Skills: English
Mathematical Skills: Able to perform simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and board footage).
Reasoning Ability
Physical Demands: Stand/walk for duration of work hour
Lift/Carry or maneuver heavy material (up to 100lbs)
Reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling and crouching
Work Environment: This position will have employees will be exposed to elements including heat and cold as well as dust, fumes and noise
