Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform hair services including color, blonding, cuts, styling, and treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Build and retain client relationships
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Follow salon policies and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Cosmetology License
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
