What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment across:
o Processing
o Packaging
o Warehouse systems
o Plant utilities
- Support highly automated equipment including:
o Fillers
o Case packers
o Palletizers
o Conveyors
- Maintain utility systems including:
o Boilers
o Air compressors
o Ammonia refrigeration
o Wastewater systems
- Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs
- Follow GMP, food safety, and housekeeping standards
- Support building maintenance as needed
What You Bring:
Electrical:
-
Ability to read electrical schematics
- 480V 3-phase troubleshooting and wiring
- Low-voltage controls
- VFDs and servo systems
Mechanical:
-
Welding (MIG, TIG, Arc)
- Pumps, valves, gearboxes
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Mill and lathe experience preferred
Controls:
-
Allen Bradley PLC experience:
o SLC 500
o PLC 5
o Logix 5000
Additional:
-
CMMS experience preferred
- Food or dairy manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work active shifts
