At Drain Surgeons, we provide elite infrastructure care across the St. Louis region. From advanced trenchless CIPP lining and hydro-jetting to open main line structural reconstruction to drain diagnostic and clearing, we operate with surgical precision. As our operation expands, we are seeking a multi-talented Marketing Communications Manager to stabilize our customer retention vitals, manage our digital presence, and help us scale our crews.
Core Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention & Win-Backs: Review our historical database to identify and proactively contact previous drain clearing and service clients. You will check on the health of their systems, re-engage the relationship, and schedule preventative care checkups (like hydro-jetting or camera diagnostics) back into our calendar.
- Social Media Management: Partner with our field technicians to gather raw field images and camera footage of active jobs. You will transform these assets into engaging social media posts, write compelling copy, and maintain a consistent, automated scheduling calendar across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Recruitment Coordination: Help us source the next generation of Drain Surgeons. You will manage our early-stage Indeed job postings, monitor incoming applications, filter resumes against our minimum requirements, and handle initial messaging to schedule interviews for leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing or customer customer service/inside sales. Experience in the home services or construction trades is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional phone presence and written communication skills. You must feel entirely comfortable calling past clients to win back their business and texting prospective job candidates.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with social media scheduling tools (like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Jobber Marketing, etc). Ability to navigate the full Jobber suite is preferred.
- The Hustle: A self-starter who can switch gears smoothly between talking to a property manager, editing a photo of a sewer pipe, and reviewing a technician's resume.
