What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Install and replace water heaters, tankless water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals
- Perform leak detection and plumbing repairs
- Troubleshoot water pressure, drainage, and sewer issues
- Present repair and replacement options to customers
- Complete digital invoices, estimates, and service documentation
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
- Follow all safety standards and plumbing codes
- Participate in occasional on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Residential service plumbing experience strongly preferred
- Mississippi plumbing license preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
