Your Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice that creates a warm, inviting experience for everyone who walks through our doors. From greeting residents and guests to supporting our team with daily administrative tasks, your presence will make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing

Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Answer phone calls with care, transfer appropriately, and take messages

Assist with correspondence and reports to support various departments

Help coordinate special events and step in during urgent staffing needs

Communicate respectfully with residents and their loved ones

Collaborate with management and offer assistance where needed

Take on other tasks that help our team run smoothly
