The Sinclair Religion Department offers a dynamic opportunity to engage students in one of the most thought-provoking and globally relevant academic disciplines. The study of religion at Sinclair seeks to understand the world’s diverse religious traditions — both in their historical development and in their ongoing influence in contemporary society. Inherently interdisciplinary, Religious Studies explores religion as a cultural, historical, philosophical, and psychological phenomenon, helping students appreciate its depth and complexity across human experience.
Sinclair is currently seeking part-time (adjunct) faculty for day, evening, online and weekend courses at our downtown Dayton campus, Courseview campus in Mason, OH and Centerville campus.

This position is open only to applicants who reside in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky, or who are able to perform work within one of these states. Sinclair Community College restricts part-time employment to approved states due to employment, tax, and benefits compliance requirements.
