We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our beachfront restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a high energy, customer focused leader who thrives in a fast paced, seasonal environment and is passionate about creating memorable hospitality experiences for both guests and staff.

Lead and inspire a team to ensure exceptional hospitality and seamless daily operations.

Oversee reservations, guest flow, and service execution using key platforms like OpenTable, Tock, Toast, Push Operations, and Restaurant 365.

Manage financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and budgeting, to maximize profitability while maintaining service standards.

Hire, train, and develop a strong, customer-focused staff.

Ensure compliance with food and beverage safety regulations, including Food Handler’s and Foodservice Manager Certification requirements.

Adapt to the unique challenges of managing a beachfront restaurant, including weather fluctuations and high seasonal demand.

Oversee the execution of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring seamless coordination of private events and special group bookings.

Proven leadership experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant or hospitality setting.

Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industry standards.

Ability to motivate, train, and develop a high performing team in a positive and energetic environment.

Experience with restaurant operations software (OpenTable, Tock, Toast, Restaurant 365, etc.).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel for financial tracking and reporting.

Strong problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize and make quick decisions.

Hold or obtain necessary food safety certifications.
