You will oversee new construction communities from their initial launch through to sell-out. This includes collaborating closely with builders and developers, guiding buyers through every step of the building process, managing inventory and lot releases, and helping to design the systems and strategies that will propel the division forward.
Alongside this, you will maintain a resale business. This is not a narrow role—we want someone who can thrive in both arenas and build a career that reflects that versatility.
You won’t have a full team supporting you from day one. This position requires someone who is comfortable establishing structure where none exists yet, and who finds energy in that challenge rather than intimidation.
Experienced agents with a proven track record in new construction who are ready to do more than just sell. Individuals with an Owner’s Mindset who see a blank slate and feel inspired. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the new construction journey.

Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing strategies for new construction listings, focusing on highlighting their unique features.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

Real estate license in the state of Idaho or willingness to obtain one.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
