We are a Private detective Agency looking for someone who knows the service industry and when leads are created he/she would know how to get through to the right person at the location to setup meetings.
This person would be starting out at a minimum wage pay with a small commission only basis but would turn into a larger Commission and salary-based position after the first 10 new clients obtained. The person working this position would have to be able to manage their own time, provide detailed sales reports on a daily basis to the CEO and no one else. The salesperson would make first contact with a potential client and setup a meeting time and date for the CEO to meet with the Potential new client and shadow the CEO on the first few sales meetings to learn the Difference between our firm and all others in the industry we work in. WE ARE A HIGHLY SPECIALIZED FIRM.
The salesperson would receive 1.5% commission on the first ten new clients and then once the salary kicked in the commission would then be at 5% a negotiated Cap.
All Applicants need to be Very Organized, Able to use Google Docs, Great Telephone Skills, Great management experience but most of all very aggressive to move up by being an aggressive salesperson. We need someone who can email a potential client on a Monday, full-up on a Wednesday with a phone call if they did not reach back out to you and then attempt to secure the meeting over the phone. The CEO is willing to put the time into the right person and teach them every sales tactic he has learned over 23 years.
We are only looking for people who are willing to work in a team atmosphere, dedicated to at least 10 years with the same company because we like to have our employees become a part of the company family and lastly be able to solve problems and be very creative.
