Direct and supervise field crews to ensure safe and efficient operations

Coordinate with the Field Supervisor to schedule jobs, assign crews, and allocate equipment

Communicate regularly with clients and management regarding project status and updates

Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and onsite as needed

Oversee daily equipment and vehicle inspections, addressing any deficiencies promptly

Demonstrate working knowledge of equipment such as skid steers, excavators, rollers, power rakes, and track trucks

Manage crew timekeeping and ensure accurate completion of daily logs, JSAs, and MOB sheets

Lead morning dispatch meetings and coordinate end-of-day routines to prepare for upcoming work

Train, mentor, and support field crew members to meet company and customer standards

Conduct job walks with clients and crews to ensure expectations and deadlines are met

Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction

Capture and report all labor, equipment, and material usage daily

Promote and uphold company policies, core values, and safety initiatives

Experience supervising field crews in a well service or related environment

Strong knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance (skid steer, excavator, roller, power rake, track truck)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to train, mentor, and lead team members effectively

Proficient in completing and managing daily paperwork and logs
