Experienced Line Cook in a fast paced environment - Year Round Cooking and cleaning in several different stations, Sandwich, Grill, Fry Station, Expo and Point.
We are looking for individuals who can work long term with a team in a fast paced environment while following SCDA and Sanitation requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Shift availability: Night Shift Only 4pm to close.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Manage inventory, keeping track of supplies and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.
- Maintain an organized kitchen environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek ways to improve the dining experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry.
- Experience in shift management, with the ability to work with a team effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with restaurant/bar is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must know how to prep in the morning and have availability to close at night.
- Knowledge in cleaning all kitchen work areas.
- Follow DHEC guidelines
- Food safety certification
Required in South Carolina: ServSafe or equivalent food handler certification
