Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Director Rehabilitation Services, you will help the rehabilitative services department and its clinical staff meet clinical standards, achieve high customer satisfaction, and ensure cost-effective operations so they can provide exceptional, compliant, and patient-centered care.
Every day you will lead the development of departmental objectives and integrate services in alignment with the hospital's strategic direction. You will be expected to assess and improve the quality of patient care, develop and monitor departmental budgets, recruit and mentor supervisors and managers, and oversee compliance with regulatory standards and quality control programs.
To be successful in this role you must hold a relevant Master's or Doctorate degree (or a combination of education and experience) with at least five years of varied clinical experience and three years of supervisory experience in a rehab setting. You must also be a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist (as applicable in CA), and demonstrate strong abilities in following instructions, analyzing data, coordinating tasks, and managing workload effectively.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:

Masters Other in business or healthcare-related field. A combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.

Minimum of five (5) years of varied clinicalexperience. Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a rehab setting.

Previous experience in facility-wide integration and collaboration.

Pay Range
$66.26 - $98.56 /hour
