What You’ll Experience
- One-on-one treatment sessions provided by physical therapists only
- A diverse caseload including orthopedics, sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, spine, and manual therapy
- Supportive, team-oriented culture with low stress and no unrealistic productivity demands
- Mentorship from therapists with advanced training, including:
- Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT)
- McKenzie Certified
- Strain Counterstrain Certified
- Clinicians trained under Diane Lee’s Integrated Systems Model
- Strong continuing education program emphasizing lifelong learning
- Training in a biomechanical, hands-on approach to treat the cause—not just the symptoms
Qualifications
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Florida PT license (or eligibility for Florida licensure)
- Commitment to high-quality care delivered with honesty and integrity
- Desire to continue learning and developing advanced clinical skills
