Schedule: M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm (after hours on as-needed basis)
Travel as needed (locations listed on company website)

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a customer-first mindset to handle sensitive information and critical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the executive team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests to ensure timely responses.
- Organize and maintain executive files, records, and databases.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, board meetings, and team activities.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending matters.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively resolve issues.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role. Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
