About the Role:
We’re seeking dependable, hands-on workers to join our wooden crate manufacturing team. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers competitive pay, benefits, and steady hours. Each day brings new projects - from standard skids to custom crates - making the work both active and varied.
Some projects require working on-site at client locations, so professionalism, punctuality, and representing the company in a positive manner are essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble wooden crates and skids according to work orders and measurements
- Safely operate hand and power tools (tape measure, nail gun, saws, drills, etc.)
- Read and follow specifications to ensure accurate builds
- Travel to client sites as needed to complete projects
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction, carpentry, or woodworking preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions
- Comfortable with hand and power tools
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
- Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Valid driver’s license
- No drug test required for this position
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
