IT Systems Analyst 1 (Clerk of the Court)
Location: 509 S. East Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33756
This is not a work from home position.
Schedule: Normal hours are M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm however, this position may involve duties that extend beyond the regular work schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller is seeking an IT Systems Analyst for the Infrastructure and Operational Services Department as part of the Clerk’s Technology Division. In this position, you will have an opportunity to fulfill many roles from Service Desk Technician, Audio/Video Technician, Systems Administrator, and Operations Analyst, to Systems Analyst. Minimum Education and Experience:

Two years hands-on experience providing strong root-cause analysis in a similar technical role.

Associate degree or equivalent technical training in information technology.

Or any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience as described above which provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-
Solid grasp of PowerShell scripting
-
Skilled with similar Endpoint Management systems – provisioning, configuration, software deployment, and patching

Ability to use and apply reference materials to research and solve problems
-
Ability to recommend changes to improve operational efficiencies

Ability to coordinate efforts among multiple departments to solve problems

Ability to communicate with tact, patience, and courtesy at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners

Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations

Ability to work independently as well as within a team
