Position Overview
The primary objective of the In-House Marketing Representative is to engage and qualify in-house guests and visitors at resort and hotel locations, encouraging participation in a sales presentation during their stay.
This role requires delivering a high level of professionalism and guest service by:
- Providing accurate resort and local area information
- Creating positive guest interactions after check-in
- Upholding integrity and delivering an exceptional experience in every interaction
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospective guests for sales presentations
- Schedule tours for sales consultants
- Provide a welcoming and high-quality experience to guests and members
- Maintain a professional presence in all assigned locations
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
Qualifications
- Dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Full availability required
- Timeshare or marketing experience preferred
