Responsibilities

- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using medical administrative support systems.
- Collect and verify patient information, ensuring accuracy in medical records and insurance details.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding pre-visit instructions and follow-up care.
- Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts, updating medical histories, and managing documentation with attention to detail.
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services or directing calls to appropriate team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized front office environment while adhering to privacy regulations and confidentiality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience working in a medical or dental office setting with familiarity in medical office procedures.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret and communicate health-related information.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in medical administrative support software and office management tools.

- Prior experience in dental office environments is a plus but not required.
