We are looking for a Sales Team Member. This sales team member role is for someone who enjoys building and maintaining relationships with communities. If you have strong people skills, enjoy being on the go for work and are able to work independently and competitively then this role is perfect for you. Our Sales Team Member will be responsible for client services, engaging with various customers, representing the missions and brand of our organization with professionalism and enthusiasm. The Sales Team Member role offers hands-on experience as you liaise with clients and community outreach.
What a Sales Team Member Does:
- Act as a positive customer service and sales ambassador for the organization by delivering exceptional customer services and representing the organization with professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering trust and long term engagement through continuous interactions with customers and prospective customers.
- Act as a customer service officer, offering wide range of our solutions tailored to our customers during their sales enrollment
- Collect feedback and insights to help improve outreach efforts and our services offerings
- The sales team member will correspond with customers and perspectives on inquiries about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of community client services activities and leads
To advance in the role of a Sales Team Member you need to;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be a dependable client services officer
- Be highly organized, with strong communication skills, writing skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in customer service, warehouse, or sales is beneficial but not required
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
