Elevate the Human Spirit—Starting with Our Team
At Comfort Keepers, we don't just provide in-home care; we provide "uplifting" care that brings joy and purpose to seniors, while maintaining dignity and maximizing quality of life. Because we hire less than 10% of those who apply, our Interviewers are the most critical gatekeepers of our culture.
We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Part-Time Interviewer to manage our high-volume caregiver recruitment pipeline. If you have the ability to sense compassion and a drive to move through a high volume of interviews without losing that personal touch, we want to meet you.
Your Impact:
- High-Volume Interviewing: Conduct 15–20 interviews per week with prospective Caregivers to identify the top tier of caregiver talent. Interviews will be conducted in person or virtually, lasting approximately 20-30 minutes per candidate. Candidates are screened and scheduled for interview by our Recruiting Coordinator; your role is to conduct the interview and make recommendations for hire.
- Culture Champion: Vet candidates not just for skills, but for the "Comfort Keeper" spirit—reliability, honesty, and genuine compassion.
- Process Management: Utilize our Pipefy applicant tracking system to move candidates through the pipeline with speed and accuracy.
- Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate with our Recruiting and Employee Engagement coordinators to hand off top-tier candidates for final offers and orientation.
- Candidate Experience Expertise: Mastery of the interview experience, ensuring every candidate feels welcomed and valued from the first minute.
- Team Player: As a locally-owned small business, we are all cross-trained to support the team. You'll learn how to make job offers and conduct orientation, as well as other relevant functions that may be required on occasion.
What We’re Looking For:
- The "Volume" Pro: You have experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or interviewing (home care experience is a major plus). You love meeting new people. You have the ability to quickly connect, effectively assess a candidate, and also manage your time to keep the flow moving along efficiently. You love a busy, productive day!
- Tech Mastery: You are comfortable juggling Zoom, ATS platforms (like Pipefy), and digital communication tools.
- Communication Powerhouse: You can explain the "why" behind Comfort Keepers and get candidates excited about our mission.
- Efficiency Expert: You know how to keep an interview on track while still making a meaningful connection. Our interview management process is both high-volume and fast-paced. We value efficiency and effectiveness at every stage of the process.
Why Join Comfort Keepers?
- Flexible Schedule: A part-time role that respects your time. A set schedule and reliable attendance are important, but we are willing to be flexible on the times as long as they are consistent once mutually agreed upon.
- Mission-Driven Work: You are the first step in ensuring a senior in our community gets the life-changing care they deserve.
- Growth Mindset: We invest in our team and support your growth as a key component to the company's growth.
- A Supportive Team: Join a team that is deeply involved and committed to excellence.
