Position Summary
The HR Generalist serves as a key member of the HR Service Center, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers. This role provides day-to-day HR support, ensures accurate HRIS and employee data management, supports onboarding and employee experience initiatives, and triages HR inquiries to appropriate Centers of Excellence (e.g., LOA/WC, Payroll, Total Rewards).
This position transitions from administrative support to a more proactive, employee-facing HR role focused on service delivery, process consistency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery & Employee Support

Serve as the primary front-line HR contact for employee and manager inquiries

Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs

Triage and route complex issues to appropriate HR functions (LOA/WC, Payroll, HRBP, etc.)

Ensure timely and consistent resolution of employee concerns
