Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology-driven strategies to support startup and small business growth
- Manage digital platforms, including social media management and salon software, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Provide technical support for management teams in utilizing tools like Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling, sales tracking, and client management
- Facilitate product demos and training sessions on new tech solutions to ensure effective adoption by team members
- Assist with customer service initiatives by integrating digital communication channels and improving guest services experience
- Support retail sales efforts through upselling techniques and product knowledge dissemination
- Collaborate with teams on sanitation, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair styling, nail care, and other beauty services to optimize operational workflows
Skills
- Strong management skills with experience overseeing projects or teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
- Expertise in social media management to boost online presence and marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills for training staff and engaging with clients effectively
- Knowledge of cosmetology procedures including hair extensions, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, tattooing, and esthetic laser treatments
- Hands-on experience with retail sales strategies and upselling techniques
- Familiarity with health & safety standards related to sanitation, body waxing, hair threading, straight razor shaving, nail care, and deep tissue massage
