We are a mobile gymnastics enrichment program, offering gymnastics classes in childcare facilities for students ages 16 months to 5 years old.
As a coach, you would be holding classes for up to 7 to 10 students per class, depending on the age group, for 30-minute classes. Student numbers will vary, but generally range from 15-30 students per center.
You do not need extensive gymnastics knowledge or experience, paid training is provided.
Less than 15 hours/week, Weekdays only. Morning classes are held anywhere between 8:30-11:30 AM. Afternoon classes are held between 3:00-4:30 PM. You can choose which days and which time slots you want to work which is then set going forward in your employment.
We provide all the equipment needed. You transport the equipment in your vehicle, set it up in the facility, hold as many classes as needed for all enrolled students, pack up, and you’re done.
We pay on a commission basis of $5.00 per student per week. We average 15-30 students per center.
We provide all the resources and support to help you keep your student numbers up.
You need to love working with kids and be able to engage with them on their level. This can be very physically demanding, but also incredibly fulfilling and fun for the right person.
