Duties
- Perform a wide range of facial treatments including classic facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and aesthetic laser treatments to address individual skin concerns.
- Deliver spa services such as waxing (body waxing and facial waxing), makeup application, and other skin rejuvenation procedures with precision and care.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to enhance results and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Promote retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and additional aesthetic services tailored to each client’s needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions clearly, and provide exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in esthetic treatments to continually improve skills and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in skincare, spa services, or esthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, or laser therapy.
- Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics as required by state or local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and procedures including waxing services and makeup application.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically.
- Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Sales skills for retail product promotion that support client needs and business growth.
