Community Leasing Manager
Overview:
We're looking for a new Community Leasing Manager to join our OKC team. This role covers two properties, totaling 175 units, in Moore and Norman, OK.
The Community Leasing Manager will work with the our two Managers and directly with the ownership group to achieve our goal occupancy at each property.

Responsibilities:
- Drives leasing. Owns the occupancy key performance metric (KPI)
- Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner
- Ensure units are in rent ready condition
- Take marketing photos for online distribution
- Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in to ensure smooth transition to our community
- Light additional management responsibilities as needed
- Communicate daily with virtual team and ownership group
Requirements:
No prior property management experience necessary. We are looking for the right person for this role and can train you on every aspect of the job as long as you demonstrate some of the following qualities.
- An aptitude to learn and follow a preset process
- Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling or willing to learn
- Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish)

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
