In this rewarding role, you will work closely with teachers, behavioral specialists, and families to implement behavior support plans, encourage positive outcomes, and help clients achieve important developmental and learning goals.

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under professional supervision

Support students and clients in developing social, communication, academic, and life skills

Collect and document behavioral data accurately and consistently

Reinforce positive behaviors and assist with behavior management strategies

Collaborate with educators, clinicians, therapists, and caregivers

Assist clients with achieving educational, behavioral, and developmental goals

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Must be at least 18 years of age

Ability to work effectively with children and individuals with special needs

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

Two (2) years of experience working with pediatric populations, special education, ABA, behavioral health, childcare, or related fields

Current CPR certification (if applicable)

Current TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray documentation (if applicable)
