Residential Land Developer & General Contractor seeks a Real Estate Project Coordinator - Administrator for its Land Development & General Contracting company in Fayetteville, GA.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a variety of facets including permitting, contract review, project management, bidding, weekly project status reports, interfacing with County departments, interfacing with project architects and engineers.
Ideal candidate will have the following traits and experience:

- Organized and timely. Adept at prioritizing work and consistently following up
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with cloud apps including Sharepoint, Google Drive and Dropbox

Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Land Development and Amenity Project status reports and scheduled
- Bidding and budgeting land development and amenity projects
- Scheduling subcontractors for project due diligence
- Reviewing subcontractor agreements
- Ordering and tracking bonds
- Tracking pay applications for approval and budget compliance
