Territory Rep | Base + Commission | Car Allowance
We’re expanding into Jacksonville and hiring outside sales representatives to build and manage a commercial territory.
We’re a privately run, independent commercial services company in a large, stable market. The work is essential, demand doesn’t disappear in downturns, and growth comes from showing up and doing it properly.
This is a field-based B2B role working directly with business owners, from first conversation through close and ongoing account management.
What the work actually looks like
- Visiting local businesses in person (door-to-door commercial canvassing)
- Introducing services and following up over time
- Managing your own leads, deals, and accounts
- Longer sales cycle (12–16 weeks on average), with broad, consistent opportunity
- Life-cycle account management
You plan your days and manage your territory independently. We expect consistent time in the field and a sensible approach to how you work.
Pay & structure
- Base salary: $47,700
- Car allowance: $8,000
- Commission: Paid once per sale, uncapped
- No minimum thresholds before commissions apply
- Realistic first-year earnings: $95k–$115k
- Proven upside for high performers
Commissions are earned from your first sale. Payouts begin after an initial proving period (around month four). Expect a real ramp during the first six months.

Sales experience helps, but it’s not required. Confidence, reliability, and judgment matter more.
