Fresh Air Concepts is a growing mechanical and electrical contractor specializing in commercial HVAC, controls, and electrical installations. We are looking for a Commercial Electrician – Low Voltage Install Mechanic with strong experience in fire alarm systems and HVAC controls wiring.

What You’ll Do
- Install, terminate, and test low voltage wiring (primarily fire alarm and HVAC controls)
- Rough-in and trim-out fire alarm devices, control panels, and field devices
- Install control wiring for RTUs, split systems, VAVs, and building automation systems
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Label, dress, and organize wiring to professional standards
- Coordinate with HVAC mechanics, PMs, and superintendents
- Assist with device startup and functional testing
- Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness

Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial electrical installation experience preferred
- Experience with fire alarm installation (conventional or addressable systems)
- Strong conduit bending and layout skills
- Ability to read and work from blueprints
- Knowledge of NEC and commercial codes
- Maryland Journeyman License preferred (not required)
- OSHA 10 or 30 a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
