Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast stations with fresh food, beverages, and condiments, ensuring everything is appealing and ready for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Replenish food supplies and beverages regularly to ensure an abundant breakfast experience.
- Monitor food safety standards by adhering to proper handling and storage procedures.
- Assist guests with inquiries, seating arrangements, or special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, cups, and plates throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy morning hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
