Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team and drive our mission of providing exceptional insurance solutions to clients. In this role, you will actively engage with prospective and existing clients, assess their insurance needs, and tailor coverage options that best fit their unique situations. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will empower you to build lasting relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver outstanding customer service. Once licensed, agents will be earning commission on top of their normal pay.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication, ensuring client needs are fully understood and met.
- Present and explain different insurance policies, mainly regarding property casualty, and commercial insurance options, clearly outlining benefits and coverage details.
- Negotiate policy terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and best practices to provide accurate advice and uphold compliance standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales or insurance sales with a focus on client engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for effective sales management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building long-term client relationships.
- Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- We work primarily with a Korean niche in Southern California. Therefore Bilingual Korean is a must. Strong proficiency is not required, but the ability to communicate must be present.
Pay: From $38,400.00 per year
