Hello! We at Same Day Heating, Cooling, Plumbing are looking for new Lead Generators to join our fast-growing team of innovative leaders! We are in search of professional, self-motivated individuals to join our family and help us provide Heating & Air Conditioning solutions to our customers!
Immediate need for full-time and part-time lead and appointment generators who are able to work in one or multiple Home Depot stores. Weekend and early evening availability is required.

Current Openings: Vista, Oceanside, and all of San Diego County! South and East County too!
Responsibilities:
- Do you LOVE to help others?! Engage with Home Depot customers to acquire information for free consultations with our HVAC Consultants!
- Do you LOVE to talk!? This job requires conversations with customers on a daily basis!
- Are you SELF-MOTIVATED?! This job requires the ability to work alone or with various staff members in a busy environment!
- SAFETY FIRST! Employees must adhere to Same Day Heating Cooling Plumbing rules and safety guidelines as stated in the employee handbook.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service a plus!
- Prior Sales and/or Lead Generation Experience a HUGE plus!
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have reliable transportation

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
