- Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure objectives are met.
- Identify and resolve potential project challenges proactively.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance requirements on-site.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress and address issues.
