Job Overview
We are growing! And we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AirBnb Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate should be available to work on weekdays and weekends, as needed. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in short-term rental properties, ensuring guests have a comfortable and welcoming experience. Candidates must have residential cleaning experience to meet the specific needs of our clients and uphold our reputation for quality service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of AirBnb properties, including all areas of the property. IE: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Remove cobwebs, spiders, dust/pollen from front/back porches
- Conduct small maintenance tasks (replace light bulbs, door lock batteries, as needed) to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies according to guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Sanitize surfaces, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished
- Conduct floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures to meet sanitation standards
- Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or damages
- Follow specific checklists to ensure consistency across all properties
- Communicate effectively with property manager regarding cleaning schedules or special requests
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications
- Proven residential cleaning experience is required; Airbnb or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care
- Experience with janitorial or custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is acceptable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Reliable transportation IS REQUIRED
- Availability to work on both weekdays and weekends is essential
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that need improvement.
- Technical computer skills required for software on computers/mobile devices.

Pay: $100.00 - $190.00 per day
