Pure Home Renewables is hiring motivated people in South Jersey to set solar appointments door-to-door. No sales experience required — most of our top earners started exactly where you'll start: at the door. We hand you a script, a warm territory, and a clear path up. You bring the work ethic.
What you'll do:
- Knock doors in neighborhoods where we're already installing — real jobs, real systems, not random cold streets
- Have simple conversations with homeowners and set appointments
- Learn solar from reps already clearing six figures
- Move up: Setter → Closer → six-figure income, as fast as you earn it
What you'll make (commission-based):
- $300 for every qualified appointment that sits
- $200 bonus every time your appointment becomes a closed deal
- $100 bonus on your very first appointment — your first check comes fast
- Realistic first-year earnings for committed reps: $50,000–$80,000. Top performers who move into closing earn $100,000+.
- Uncapped. Your effort sets your paycheck.
This is a commission-based role — you're paid per appointment set and per deal closed, not a salary.
