Project Manager, Electrical Construction
An established electrical contractor is seeking a Project Manager who thrives in complex commercial and hyperscale environments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of commercial and hyperscale electrical projects from planning through closeout
- Work closely with clients, general contractors, and internal partners
- Collaborate with all relevant internal teams to support seamless delivery
- Review scope, risks, and execution plans during project handoff
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment needed, and subcontracted work
- Direct field teams and subcontractors to achieve relevant targets
- Build and maintain project schedules, work plans, and cost projections
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contracts
- Adhere to all project documentation standards
- Monitor job costs and performance, and cash flow
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure accountability across all stakeholders
- Assist in turnover & commissioning
Experience required
- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management responsibility
- Proven experience delivering data centers, hyperscale or mission‑critical projects
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, documentation, and installation methods
- Experience handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation
- Ability to work effectively in both office and active jobsite settings
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with construction management and scheduling tools
- High standards for integrity, accountability, and detail
Pay
- Base Salary: $100,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience
Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
