Position Summary
Team members are responsible for creating a memorable guest experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a positive, energetic attitude.
FOH roles focus on guest interaction, service, and maintaining a lively environment, while BOH roles ensure quality food preparation and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Support daily operations in a fast-paced environment
- Uphold Five Iron Golf’s standards of hospitality and service
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred (not required for all roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
