The Opportunity
This role offers significant autonomy and the ability to manage workers' compensation matters from beginning to end while working closely with insurers, employers, and third-party administrators.
Responsibilities:

Manage workers' compensation cases through all phases of discovery and litigation

Handle cases from inception through resolution

Take and defend depositions
-
Represent clients at mandatory settlement conferences, hearings, and trials

Work directly with insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators

Utilize attorney-developed technology and AI-driven tools to enhance case management and efficiency

Maintain proactive communication and strategic case oversight throughout the litigation process
Qualifications

Active California Bar membership in good standing

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
-
3-5+ years of California workers' compensation experience

Strong research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Commitment to proactive and efficient case management
