SGA Design Group is recruiting for our Bentonville team and seeking Architectural Project Managers who thrive in high-volume, high-impact retail programs. If you enjoy owning projects, and collaborating with national brands from prototype to construction, these roles offer visibility, autonomy, and growth. You’ll join a dynamic, fast-paced team delivering ground-up builds, remodels, and rollouts for major brands across the country — where your work directly shapes how thousands of customers experience a space.

What You’ll Own

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume retail environment.

Direct and coordinate consultants and internal production teams.

Develop and review construction documents aligned with design intent.

Oversee schedules, deliverables, and quality control.

Contribute to process improvements and program efficiency.

Ensure execution excellence from concept through construction.
What You Bring
We are hiring at multiple career levels

3 – 10+ years of architectural experience (retail or volume building strongly preferred).

Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent technical training.

Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Confidence communicating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
