Health Village Imaging is looking for a Clinical Manager for our Sites mostly in Jackson and Wall, NJ
Must have at least 2 years of management experience will all modalities in an outpatient facility.
Supervise all technical staff at 2 sites
Oversee Compliance, ACR, DOHSS, DEP, MQSA, etc
Handles technologists schedules and call outs.
Oversee medical supply ordering
Assist with hiring prospective employees in conjunction with Operations Director-
Develop, implement, and administer procedures and best practices to streamline processes for the entire company.
Exhibit strong analytical ability, good judgement, strong operational focus, strong customer service skills.
Proven expertise in compliance and regulatory requirements.
Handles inspections with team members
Schedules equipment PM's and Physicist as need.
Must be willing to travel between offices-
Ideal candidate has strong experience in MRI/CT.
