Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Independent Contractor | NYC (Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Manhattan)
Back on Track Resources is seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our provider network across Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, and Manhattan. We place BCBAs in school-based and home-based settings throughout NYC, offering flexible scheduling and consistent caseload opportunities for independent providers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and support ABA therapists/behavior technicians implementing treatment plans
- Provide direct student/client services as needed based on placement
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with district and program requirements
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- NY State licensure as required for placement setting
- Experience working with children/adolescents in school and/or home-based ABA settings preferred
- Strong communication, supervisory, and documentation skills
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Reliable transportation or ability to travel within assigned borough(s)
