Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager at our Tommy Hilfiger Location at San Francisco Premium Outlets to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and optimize sales performance. Duties
- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and achievement of sales targets
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees to build a high-performing team
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
- Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting tasks with precision
- Implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase store traffic
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor store performance through retail math analysis, sales management metrics, and organizational skills to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development, and leadership
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and retail math
- Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette and the ability to motivate a team through effective supervision
- Experience in merchandising, stocking, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and retail sales techniques
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across shift management and administrative tasks
- Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred; familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus
