Must be 18 years old or older.
2. Graduation from High School or equivalent G.E.D. College level courses in bookkeeping and accounting.
3. Experience in accounts receivable and billing.
4. Demonstrates knowledge of general office practices and procedures with an understanding of general bookkeeping procedures and have the ability to use office equipment and operate PC with knowledge of related software.
1. Thorough documentation skills including grammatical, spelling and organization.
2. If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, must meet the requirements to be an eligible driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
3. The ability to read, write and communicate to residents, staff, families, vendors, and all business relationships in English language.
4. Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
5. Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week (upon Dept. Director approval) with the possibility of a varied schedule.
6. Must have excellent organization and time management skills.
7. Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff in an effective, neutral and professional manner.
8. Ability to function as a member of the team in a multi-task environment.
9. Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and changing business conditions.
10. Proficient in the use of computers and associated software.
