Job Description:
We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and naturally curious Telemarketer who loves talking with people and building genuine connections over the phone. This isn't a high-pressure sales role - instead, you'll spend your time having meaningful conversations with our current customers, learning about what's happening in their lives, and helping identify opportunities where our team can better serve them.
If you're someone who can make people feel comfortable, enjoys hearing their stories, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to current customers to build relationships and strengthen client connections.
- Engage customers in natural conversations to learn more about their family, career, hobbies, life changes, and financial goals.
- Listen carefully to identify opportunities where additional insurance or financial products may benefit the customer.
- Document important customer information and conversation notes in our CRM.
- Coordinate with the agency team to schedule follow-up conversations when appropriate.
- Help create an exceptional customer experience by making every interaction warm, professional, and personal.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication and conversation skills.
- Friendly, personable, and confident speaking on the phone.
- Naturally curious with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and actively listen.
- Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to document conversations accurately.
- Previous customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required.
