Pay: $19.00 per hour
Positions Available: 5
Shifts : 2nd (2pm - 10pm) and 3rd (10pm - 6am)
Must be able to pass a Life Scan background screening
Position Summary
Direct Care Providers play a vital role in supporting minors and teenage girls by providing daily supervision, structure, and guidance. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping youth develop life skills, establish healthy boundaries, and transition successfully into adulthood.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care and supervision of minors/NMDs
Ensure the health and safety of minors at all times
Assist in resolving behavioral or interpersonal issues, individually or in group settings
Support access to core services and resources
Facilitate and supervise daily activities
Identify needs for additional emotional, social, or behavioral supports
Document progress and any concerns accurately and timely
Communicate concerns to professional staff
Report to the Facility Manager and provide recommendations as needed
