As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you’ll connect directly with customers to explain wireless plans, devices, and service options while helping customers feel confident in their decisions. Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Consultant
- Meet with customers face-to-face to discuss wireless plans, mobile devices, and current promotions
- Help customers compare service options and recommend solutions based on usage, budget, and preferences
- Support account activations, upgrades, plan changes, and wireless enrollments with accuracy and professionalism
- Answer questions from customers regarding billing, features, devices, and service options
- Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Track completed enrollments, customer interactions, and daily sales activity throughout the workday
- Work alongside other Wireless Sales Consultant team members to improve customer engagement and overall sales performance
- Participate in ongoing Wireless Sales Consultant training focused on communication, wireless solutions, and customer support
Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Consultant
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting directly with customers
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with consistent customer interaction
- Motivated by sales goals while maintaining a positive experience for customers
- Organized and capable of managing multiple conversations and follow-ups with customers throughout the day
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful, but not required
- Interested in developing communication, wireless sales, and customer management skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team
