Marketing Manager

Position Overview
We're looking for a passionate, proactive, and committed Marketing Manager to lead our team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of company marketing initiatives while working closely with the Chief Technology & Marketing Officer (CTMO). This role translates department strategies and priorities into actionable plans by coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring campaigns are executed effectively.
The Marketing Manager contributes ideas and recommendations to support marketing initiatives, oversees workflows and resources, maintains brand consistency, and manages the Lead, Agent Marketing role. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, collaborative, and experienced with AI-powered marketing tools and video content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Marketing Campaigns; Manage campaigns across digital, print, and in-office channels, ensuring timely and on-brand delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement of marketing initiatives and agent services.
- Content Creation & Production: Coordinate content production, including Canva designs, email campaigns, print collateral, and meeting materials. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) as needed.
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan and manage company events, including logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Sponsorship & Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors and preferred partners to support company programs and community initiatives.
- Agent Support: Create marketing materials and educational sessions that help agents learn how to market themselves, communicate effectively with clients, and build their business.
- Partner with managers to develop marketing materials and resources tailored to their specific market needs and priorities.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with local non-profits, community leaders, and charitable organizations to maximize impact and sponsorship opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in real estate or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign).
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools and the ability to leverage AI to enhance marketing workflows, improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, support content creation, and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating vendors, events, and sponsorships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Utilizes direct communication; calls over solely relying on email communications to quickly complete tasks and build strong relationships.
- Experience with ClickUp, Klaviyo, or similar project management and marketing automation platforms preferred
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
