General Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care in accordance with clinical standards
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery expectations
- Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
Role-Specific HighlightsRN – Emergency Room (ER)
- Provide urgent and emergent care in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
- Perform triage, rapid assessment, and life-saving interventions
- Collaborate with emergency response and trauma teams
RN – Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
- Deliver critical care to patients with complex cardiac conditions and post-operative cardiac surgery
- Manage advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilators, and life-support equipment
- Work closely with cardiology and surgical teams to support recovery
Respiratory Therapist (RT)
- Administer respiratory therapies and manage airway support
- Operate and monitor ventilators and oxygen delivery systems
- Collaborate with critical care, ER, and inpatient teams
CT Technologist
- Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to radiation protocols
- Assist physicians in diagnostic imaging and evaluation
Qualifications
- Registered Nurses:
- Active RN license (Florida or compact state eligibility)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
- Respiratory Therapist:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
- Active state licensure required
- CT Technologist:
- ARRT certification in Radiography with CT certification required or obtained within a specified timeframe
For all roles:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, CCRN, etc.) preferred depending on specialty
- Relevant clinical experience preferred; entry-level candidates may be considered for select roles
