Cura Health is seeking a dependable and personable Resident Transportation Driver to join our Cura of Le Sueur team on a part-time basis with variable hours. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting residents to appointments, outings, and other activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional service to our residents. Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport residents to medical appointments, social activities, and other destinations as scheduled.

Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of transportation vehicles.

Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and facility policies.

Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and families regarding transportation schedules and any changes.

Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to supervisors.
Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Previous driving experience, preferably in healthcare or senior transportation.

Ability to assist residents with mobility challenges.

Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
